How it works - 3 Step Process?


  1. Design pages of catalogs using photos and description of your products
  2. Collate multiple pages and build a catalog
  3. Publish catalog as an online store


Immediately, your store will start showing up on Green Venue WEB site. Eventually, Google and Yahoo search engines will index it and show in the search results.

Steps in Details


  1. Design Pages
    1. Access www.greenvenue.com
    2. Login or Signup if it is first time
    3. Upload product photos - Select Folders tab
    4. Upload photos of your product and organize them in folders and subfolders
    5. Design Catalog Page: Select Design Tab
    6. Select New Design
    7. Give a name to your page which reflects the product you are going to place on it.
    8. Click on “Save & Design” button.
    9. Select a template.
    10. Click Customize Design.
    11. Double click on the image of the template.
    12. Your photo folder will popup
    13. Select the photo of the product by double clicking on it. The original photo of the template will be replaced by your photo.
    14. Double click on text to change it.
    15. There are many editing features available on this page such as,
      • Move image
      • Add new image
      • Add image as background
      • Edit image
      • Add borders
      • Add text
    16. Add Cart Icon to canvas
    17. Select Object Properties
    18. Select Product Tab in the Object Property Dialog
    19. Enter product name, description, price, number of units in stock, shipping and handling charges for regular and express mails.
    20. Repeat steps ‘f’ to ‘s’ for multiple products.
  2. Collate Pages in a Catalog (Book)
    1. Select New Design.
    2. Select type as Catalog and enter the name of catalog.
    3. Click on “Save & Design” button.
    4. Collate pages by selecting them from list of Available Pages on left and moving to the list of Selected Pages on right; click on Move Up and Move Down button at the top to change the order of pages in the selected pages list.
    5. Click on “Save” button.
  3. Setup Store
    1. Click on “Setup Store.”
    2. Enter Store Name and URL suffix.
    3. Click on “Save” button.
  4. Add Catalogs to Store
    1. Select a Catalog
    2. Click on “Add to Store” link
    3. Your catalog is added to the store
    4. Your store is online on the following URL
      www.greenvenue.com/site=aaa where ‘aaa’ is replaced by the URL suffix.
